BBQ Ribs
These delicious and tasty ribs are full of flavour in every mouthful and tasty, mouth-watering and moist.
Ingredients
- 2 Racks of Ribs
- 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 ½ Tablespoons Paprika
- 1 ½ Tablespoons Salt
- 1 ½ Tablespoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Granules
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- ½ cup BBQ Sauce
Method
- Pre Heat the oven to 180C Fan / 200C non Fan / Gas Mark 6.
- Make the rub by mixing all the dry ingredients together and use a fork to remove any lumps. Place the BBQ sauce to one side this will be needed later.
- Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and place the rubs on the tray.
- Generously rub the dry rub into the ribs making sure to cover as much as possible and rub into the ribs.
- Cover with tin foil and bake in the oven for 1h or until fully cooked.
- Take the ribs out of the oven but do not turn it off, remove the foil and spread the bbq sauce over the ribs and put back in the oven uncovered.
- Cook the ribs for a further 10 minutes. Once cooked take out of the oven and serve.
TOP TIP – This rub can be used for burgers to as well as ribs
